HORTON: Christopher Allen passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Thursday, April 30, 2020 after a lengthy illness. Chris was born in Clinton, Ontario on December 15, 1963. In Brandon he attended Linden Lanes and Earl Oxford schools. Chris was an avid hockey fan and was a strong supporter of the Brandon Wheat Kings and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Chris was pre-deceased by his older sister Wendy Anne in 2015. Left to mourn are his parents Robert and Jean Horton of Brandon and his sisters Heather and Jillian of Winnipeg. Chris’s family would like to thank Dr Minders, nurses and other staff members who cared for Chris while at the Assiniboine Centre. The family will cherish Chris’s memory with a private service at a later date.
