Harvey Cameron McGhie, age 95 years, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre.
Harvey was born in Neepawa, Manitoba on July 28, 1927.
A very knowledgeable and intelligent man, an amazing dad, a loving grandpa and great grandpa, and a great father in law. Harvey Cameron McGhie lived 95 years with respect and love for his family and friends. He was grateful for the last 7 years enjoyed with a lovely and caring lady, Lois Amey. Music and playing guitar was the activity he loved most and he enjoyed curling and golf. He also loved word puzzles, especially the cryptoquote.
Harvey leaves his loving children Gerald (Veronica) of Romania, Ian of Brandon, and Wendy (Ken) Martens of Brandon; his dear best friend Lois Amey, grandchildren; Christopher McGhie, Darcy McGhie , Michele Poirier, Miranda (Dustin) Hickman, and eight great grandchildren.
Harvey’s memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
