Mom was a beautiful, loving and generous lady. She cherished family and enjoyed reading, starting her own flowers from seed and following the stock market. She was a wonderful cook and hardly ever needed a recipe.

She will be missed. She will be remembered by the kids as "Gramma - The Great One" as she signed some of her last gifts to them.

I feel so blessed to have know Stella and be included in her family. From the very first time I met her I was impressed with her genuine interest in people and the world. We had so many good conversations and laughs around her table. She was interesting, quick witted, knowledgeable and oh so kind. We shared the love of animals and nature and always shared what was going on at the "farm". RIP Stella and enjoy reuniting with those who have gone before you. Colleen

Stella was a wonderful mom-in-law. Generous and kind, always with good advice and I could see much of Pat in her. So very swift in her thinking and appreciative of a good joke. I grew to love her very quickly and will always miss this good woman. Rest well, Stella. Son-in-law George. ”

Grandma - you will be forever missed and always remembered. Our times playing cards together, our trips to Safeway (where I ate all the samples available!), the times in the garden - all just examples of the many things that will bring a smile to my face through these difficult times. I will miss our chats over the phone, but I will carry your words with me forever.

Love always - and thank you for all that you gave and did to make the positive impact you have.
